Role : Technical Manager
Saint Gobain – PDM manufactures within a highly regulated environment. During a growth phase it require a technical manager with a high demand skill set. They looked to RFC to assist identifying, attracting and selecting the expert that was right for their needs now and into the future.
Initially we met with the MDto understand the issues and work through a solution on which we agreed. It took a few discussions to agree the balance between a high calibre leader and strong technical skills.
RFC prepared a recruitment strategy report. We then followed our tried and tested recruitment process delivering a “long list” of 80+ candidates.
Once this was reviewed the short listing and initial interview selection process was conducted by RFC. This yielded a shortlist of four for first interview
A high calibre technical was found who matched the role criteria. The impact has been felt and KPI’s have improved significantly.
