A newly promoted senior leader requiring support to enhance the lead in time to performance delivery.

 

Process

RFC Executive began by meeting with key leaders to fully understand the organisation culture and the objectives of the assignment. We also reviewed the competitive landscape using our experience and contacts in their sector and produced an on-boarding program.
We worked in partnership with both the organisation and the new leader to develop a support plan, methodology and performance measurement as part of this program.

 

Results

Over a six month period the leadership behaviour, competencies and capabilities were improved. This contributed to an overall increase performance.
