Situation – Talent Strategy
Adare HRM were embarking on a rapid expansion program. They needed to know the optimal process, cost, lead time and in finding and onboarding new people.
RFC began by meeting with the MD to review the current structures and process. RFC also reviewed the competitive landscape using its experience and contacts in the relevant sectors. The findings suggested that the market was reasonable if looking for those with certain skills and experience but not so for others.
Based on this review, of both the market and the Adare business and growth plans we developed a talent management strategy . This included an analysis of market salaries and skill set availability. It also detailed a retention and recruitment strategy.
Within the agreed time frame of 10 weeks a new talent strategy was developed resulting in an increase in retention levels and recruitment leadtimes. .
