continuous improvement
To manage the teams within available resource to focus on key marketing opportunities, delivering results within
best practice project management, people development and CRM

To support company common goals by cross-functional working/relationships, pro-actively participating and
delivering on commitment

To manage commercial administration to understand financial impact of actions to achieve Company objectives.
Translate complicated commercial/statistical/market information into meaningful concepts for all team members
