| PARTNERSHIP PRINCIPLE |
RFC & You
Partnership has a variety of meanings so to clarify the relationship between RFC and you we use the definition “a cooperative relationship between people or groups who agree to share responsibility for achieving some specific goal”
Partnership Benefits
Open communication on price and
capabilities
Reviewing CVs or interviewing
unsuitable candidates is minimised
Allows for joint planning and limits
"reactive" recruitment
Better quality candidates may be
attracted. Armed with full information, a more professional presentation can be made to
potential candidates
Releases management to concentrate on
broader business issues
Candidates are left with a good of
impression of RFC and your organisation and hence both our reputations are enhanced
The Cost of Partnership
As our client you will be charged a fee for using our services which will vary depending
on the product you choose. This is a monetary value and does not reflect the other costs
associated with taking a partnership approach. Your partnership will take time, probably
more than you care to give when recruiting. However, in our experience, the costs (ie. the
level of input required by you) is far outweighed by the benefits.
Partnership & You
For this approach to work, here are some guidelines as to what will be expected of you,
our client.
Prepare a full job and person
specification
Schedule time for an initial meeting
to brief RFC on your requirements
Allow RFC access to staff who will
play a part in the process (eg. hiring manager; personnel manager)
Provide timely feedback on
candidate(s) details and interviews, typically within 10 working days
Prompt updates on changes affecting
the process such as a change to the specification or delays |
