This product is typically used when you need to outsource the majority of a recruitment
campaign because of time or other resource shortages and/or when you want to maintain
confidentiality and so advertise using RFC as the contact point. Candidates are sourced by
placing an advertisement in a relevant publication. Typically the candidates are met by
RFC and interview screened specifically for your vacancy. |

Candidates are sourced by searching our extensive database which utilises the latest
recruitment software. Contact is made to ascertain their level of interest in your vacancy
ensuring you will receive details only on candidates that are genuine and available;
minimising any time wasting. Any history of dealings with your organisation is also
checked to ensure that you avoid receiving details on candidates that have already applied
or that have been recently refused by your organisation.
Database Search & Interview
Typically this product is used by clients who want to further minimise the risk of
considering unsuitable candidates. Candidates are sourced by searching through our
computerised database and interviewed to specifically assess their suitability for your
vacancy and organisation.
