The Organisation

Expanding technical services organisation.

Role

  • Build a market-leading product set which meets the needs of both existing & non-customers and sales channels including implementation and roll out of same
  • Develop & maintain Product Catalogue for all Commercial products
  • Accountability for governance & approval process for product development
  • Understand product, market and media channels development and opportunities in both B2B and B2C sectors
  • Prepare and facilitate a comprehensive post implementation review after all major deployment to constantly improve product development performance
  • Work with key departments cross functionally to support building the go-to-market end to end business plan and business processes to ensure the customer experience is exemplary
  • Responsibility for margin management including product development and customer retention/loyalty analysis
  • Influence, create and develop the new Product Development for new market entry opportunities
  • Track record of delivery of new products and product maintenance including commercial/business case justification
  • Excellent business acumen and excellent written and oral communication
  • Ability to relate to both business and technical specialists
  • Driving marketing and demand generation initiatives with forecasted and measured results

The Person

  • At least three years experience in Marketing and/or Product development role
  • Comfortable with numeric issues and ability to use analytical techniques to identify trends
  • Strong work ethic, complemented by a positive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills required
