Database Search
Having been in existence for over 15 years we have developed a sizeable and diverse database of candidates. These candidates are based both throughout Ireland and overseas and range from middle to senior level technical/professional personnel to executive managers and directors. All assignments include a comprehensive search of this database for suitable and interested candidates for each vacancy. The service is offered on a contingency basis.
Advertised Selection
This option can be used where a client wishes to advertise the position(s) in the media. We offer flexibility in this option i.e. a client may wish to use a recruitment advertisement to increase the profile of their company, or alternatively they may prefer to run a ‘blind’ advertisement using only RFC’s established name, this is particularly useful when the position may be confidential.
We draft the advertisement and place it in the appropriate media with client approval and then monitor and co-ordinate the response. We interview to select a shortlist and present candidates exclusively to the client. All advertised assignments incorporate a detailed database search. In addition we offer the service of placing the advert on our website and on a national recruitment website, at no extra cost.
Search & Selection
This option offers a full service with a dedicated project team assigned to your search until it is completed. Our retained search option is used for senior appointments and sought after specialist professional & technical staff where there is a need for candidates to be searched and presented in a timely manner. All candidates will be exclusively presented to the client. This service is offered on a retained phased basis.

Contract & Temporary
