The Role

  • Support, advise and coach business unit managers on day to day HR/ER issues
  • Advise on employee matters in line with legislation and internal policies and processes, providing guidance as appropriate
  • Partner with unit managers to lead and facilitate change
  • Develop effective ER solutions in line with business unit managers

The Person

  • Degree Level qualification in HR or related subject
  • 8+ years post grad experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Experience of change management an advantage
