There’s no one set of tools. Our experienced consultants agree a tool set for each assignment. However, typically it will involve five stages:

1. Understanding the skills, motivational and cultural fit requirements V market availability and budget constraints
2. Developing credible job & person spec parameters
3. Competency and values based interviews
4. Psychometric testing
5. Presentation and q&a session
6. Reference checks
