We have access to a wide range of tools all of which are considered when tailoring a process for a given assignment. Our qualified and experienced consultants use cultural assessment tools ( including OCAI), psychometric testing (SHL, Nefer Nelson, Thomas Int’l), competency and value based interviewing and frameworks, external expert interview panels and assessment centers.

There’s no one set of tools. We agree a tool set for each assignment. However, typically it will involve five stages:

1. Understanding the skills, motivational and cultural fit requirements V market availability and budget constraints
2. Developing credible job & person spec parameters
3. Competency and values based interviews
4. Psychometric testing
5. Presentation and q&a session
6. Reference checks
