- Contribute strategically and functionally to the overall growth of the company.
- Manage commercial performance issues in-line with company guidelines
- Lead commercial teams ensuring good performance management principles, providing on-going feedback and
development opportunity to each individual to realise their full potential whilst generating an urgency to make continuous improvement
- To manage the teams within available resource to focus on key marketing opportunities, delivering results within best practice project management, people development and CRM
- To support company common goals by cross-functional working/relationships, pro-actively participating and delivering on commitment
- To manage commercial administration to understand financial impact of actions to achieve Company objectives.
- Translate complicated commercial/statistical/market information into meaningful concepts for all team members
- Relevant third level qualification
