Boyd Scott BA, MSc HR

Boyd’s has experience in a range of  cultures and industries including financial services, manufacturing and pharmaceuticals. He has worked both inhouse and as a consultant in Ireland and internationally.

He’s based in sunny Wexford but will travel beyond an hour or so if he has to!

Robert has a deep understanding of organisation culture and talent gained over 25 years in leadership acquisition, development and retention. He is active in a broad spectrum of industries in Ireland.  Globally, he leads the Industrial & Engineering team.
