A rapidly changing economic and regulatory environment defined the requirement of change including a redeployment of middle management to newly created roles.
RFC Executive began by meeting with both the HR Director and a Senior Business Manager to fully understand the business , it’s culture and the objectives of the assignment. We produced a context report outlining development options.
The findings suggested that a transition program was most suitable to effect the desired behavioural change. Our strategy report was drawn up and included a development plan, methodology and performance measurement. This was then agreed with Bank Of Ireland.
Within the agreed time frame leadership behaviour, competencies and capabilities were improved. This contributed to an overall increase performance.
