A newly appointed senior leader requiring support to enhance his ability to make culture changes to enhance performance delivery.
RFC Executive began by meeting with key leaders to fully understand the organisation culture and the objectives of the leader and his team.
We worked in partnership with both the organisation and the new leader to develop a support plan, methodology and performance measurement as part of this program.
Over a six month period the leadership behaviour was developed to be more flexible leadership style. This contributed to an improvement in alignment to the change in culture and so performance.
