Role
- Reporting to the CEO the HR Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of the HR strategy
- Build and maintain strong collaborative and professional relationships with the CEO and managers to develop and deliver optimum people solutions to meet the needs of the business
- Enable the business managers to pro-actively manage their people agenda through the presentation and analysis of relevant and timely Management Information in support of business needs
- Working closely with the CEO and individual managers to coach, challenge and support management in their role across a range of strategic people-related priorities:
- Talent Management & Employee Development
- Succession Planning
- Leadership Development
- Performance Management
- Employee Engagement
The Person
- Minimum 6-8 years experience in HR
- Degree in HR or business
- Dynamic and versatile HR professional with highly developed interpersonal, relationship and stakeholder management skills with proven ability to establish credibility with individuals at all levels in the organisation
