  • Reporting to the CEO the HR Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of the HR strategy
  • Build and maintain strong collaborative and professional relationships with the CEO and managers to develop  and deliver optimum people solutions to meet the needs of the business
  • Enable the business managers to pro-actively manage their people agenda through the presentation and analysis of  relevant and timely Management Information in support of business needs
  • Working closely with the CEO and individual managers to coach, challenge and support management in their role across a range of strategic people-related priorities:
    • Talent Management & Employee Development
    • Succession Planning
    • Leadership Development
    • Performance Management
    • Employee Engagement

The Person

  • Minimum 6-8 years experience in HR
  • Degree in HR or business
  • Dynamic and versatile HR professional with highly developed interpersonal, relationship and stakeholder management skills with proven ability to establish credibility with individuals at all levels in the organisation
