Role
- Lead a team of senior branch managers
- Plan, manage and develop your annual/quarterly Retail Sales Plan
- Deploy resources to maximium effect.
- Set up and undertake presentations/demonstrations as required to build business with key accounts.
- Manage all key stakeholders local Representative Bodies, Business Organisations, Associations and Communities.
The Person
- 10 year + experience in Retail or Wholesale management
- Expertise in change management
- Best in class People Management & Leadership Skill
