Role
- Reporting to the CEO the HR Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of the HR strategy
- Build and maintain strong collaborative and professional relationships with the CEO and managers to develop and deliver optimum people solutions to meet the needs of the business
- Enable the business managers to pro-actively manage their people agenda through the presentation and analysis of relevant and timely Management Information in support of business needs
- Working closely with the CEO and individual managers to coach, challenge and support management in their role across a range of strategic people-related priorities:
- Talent Management & Employee Development
- Succession Planning
- Leadership Development
- Performance Management
- Employee Engagement
The Person
Minimum 6-8 years experience in HR
Degree in HR or business
Dynamic and versatile HR professional with highly developed interpersonal, relationship and stakeholder management skills with proven ability to establish credibility with individuals at all levels in the organisation
