Current Professional Opportunities
Role
Lead an M&E projects team, currently c€20m pa in the industrial sector including the pharmaceutical, healthcare and life sciences sectors.
Main objectives
- Operational excellence – Ensure internal and integrated client process standards are met
- Team work and collaboration – Maintain employee engagement to agreed level
- Customer focus – Work with the Operations Director to devise and implement sector growth strategy.
- Financial management – Manage sector P&L
Main responsibilities-
- Operational excellence.
Develop and implement sector strategy to deliver best in class processes
and a continuous improvement culture
Manage EHSQ to required standards
- Team work and collaboration.
Work closely with the Operations Director and HR manager develop
and implement human resource plan
Ensure cultural values are maintained liaising with HR
- Customer focus
Support business development teams in growing sector market share
Maintain customer first culture
- Financial management
Manage sector P&L liaising with head of finance
Oversee contracts P&L
Skills and experience required
- Degree in relevant engineering subject. – Masters level preferred.
- 15 years+ relevant industry experience – 5 years+ at leadership level
- Experience in development and implementation of strategic and operational improvement initiatives
- Experience client management and business development
In addition:
· Results orientated with a positive, open and direct approach
· High level of relationship management skill
· Track record in continuing professional development
· Comfortable with relevant IT and software systems
