Role
- Deliver all Commercial & Technical targets as per the project scope
- Lead a team of mechanical & electrical engineers, QS’s
- Manage & co-ordinate schedule progress to achieve the project deadlines
- Identify and manage project risks
- Lead project Interfaces including architects, designers, sub-contractors and suppliers
- Establish and maintain positive client relationships
- Champion all project health, safety and environmental requirement
The Person
- Proven track record in delivering turnkey multidisciplinary projects on time and within budget
- Degree in project management, construction management or engineering discipline
- Previous experience on commercial / data centre projects desirable
- Strong commercial acumen
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
