Cunamh was a government agency that was scheduled to cease operations due to a merger. Those staff that we’re availing of a redundancy package were offered career coaching as part of the package.
We began by meeting with key leaders to fully understand their process and the purpose of the assignment.
We worked in partnership with both the organisation and the group of staff leaving to develop a programme tailored to the needs of both parties.
We conducted two group sessions over a two week period. The result was positive change. The participants developed their skills in understanding their values and skills and so the vision of their future carer. In addition, job application and interview skills were enhanced.
