Role: Manage ramp up

Equindeo is a rapidly expanding Irish software company. It has grown from two people with an idea to 20+ people with global clients. Their issue was to seucre a high calibre COO & CCO to allow for further growth

Process

We met with the CEO on-site to understand the issues and work through a solution on which we agreed. It took a few discussions and reviewing some sample CVs to come to an agreed conclusion on what was needed and and how we would achieve this.

RFC prepared a recruitment strategy. We then followed our tried and tested recruitment process delivering a “long list” of 110+ candidates for each role.

Once this was reviewed with Equindeo the short listing and initial interview selection process was conducted by RFC. This yielded a shortlist of four for each role for first interview.

Result

Both a high calibre COO and CCO were found who matched the role criteria. The impact has been felt and PI’s have improved.
