Role: Senior HR Managers

A rapidly changing economic and regulatory environment defined the requirement of change including a need to enhance group HR team with new skills and values.


RFC Executive began by meeting with both the HR Director and a Senior Business Manager sto fully understand the business , it’s culture and the objectives of the assignment. We produced a context report outlining options.
The findings suggested that a search be conducted to as part of a process of implementing a transition program. Our strategy report was drawn up and included a search process and timeline which was then agreed with Bank Of Ireland.


Within the agreed time frame two senior HR leaders were found and selected which lead to a positive contribution to the process of transition.
